What we hold,
and why.
Fat Fugu Collective, 24 Fish Street, Northampton NN1 2AA. We are the data controller for everything below. There is no advertising network on this site, no third-party analytics, and no cookie banner because we do not set a tracking cookie.
Booking enquiries
When you send the booking form we store your name, email address, phone number if you give one, and what you wrote about the tattoo — placement, size, budget band, and any reference filenames you attached. We use it to reply to you and to plan the work. It is the only way the studio can answer an enquiry, so it is processed on the basis of taking steps at your request before entering a contract.
Enquiries stay on file while the work is live and for two years after the last appointment, because touch-ups, healing questions and follow-up sittings all reach back to the original brief. After that they are deleted.
Loyalty cards
A Bone or Steel Card stores your email address, the name you asked us to print, your card number, and a count of stamps and rewards claimed. The email address is how we find your count again if you lose your phone. It is not added to the newsletter and it is not used for anything else.
Adding the card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet also involves Apple or Google, who handle the pass on your device under their own terms. We send them your card number, your name and your stamp count — nothing more. Ask us to delete the card and both the record and the pass go.
Newsletter
Only an email address, only if you type it into the footer form, and only for guest-chair announcements. Every send carries an unsubscribe link. Consent is the basis, and you can withdraw it at any time.
What we do not do
- AWe do not sell or share your details with anyone for marketing.
- BWe do not run advertising pixels, session recording, or third-party analytics.
- CWe do not set a cookie that follows you between sites. The only cookie is the sign-in session for studio staff on the admin pages.
- DWe do not use your reference images or healed photos anywhere public without asking you first, separately, each time.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us holding it. Email [email protected] and we will action it within thirty days. No form, no fee, no argument.
If we get it wrong you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Where it lives
Enquiries, loyalty records and newsletter addresses are held in a database in the UK or the European Economic Area. Only studio staff with a named account can read them, and every account is individual — there is no shared login.
