Deposits

Deposits start at £50 and come off the final price. They hold the chair and pay for the design time, so they are non-refundable — but they move with you once if you give us at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancel with less than 48 hours, or not at all, and the deposit is gone and a new one starts the next booking.

Change the idea completely after the design is drawn and the deposit covers that drawing rather than the new one. We will tell you plainly when that line has been crossed.

Age and ID

Tattooing is 18+ with photo ID, no exceptions, and no amount of parental consent changes it — it is the law, not our policy. Piercing is 16+ with photo ID, and some piercings are 18+ regardless. We will refuse and refund rather than break either.

On the day

Eat first, arrive ten minutes early, and come sober. We will not tattoo anyone who is drunk or high, and the deposit does not survive it. Bring someone if you want to — the lounge is there for exactly that — but only you sit in the chair.

Healing and touch-ups

Touch-ups are free within three months, once, provided you followed the aftercare. Sun damage, picking, swimming in the first fortnight and gym sessions on fresh work are not covered, and we will say so kindly but honestly. Hands, fingers, feet and lips heal unpredictably wherever you get them done; expect a second sitting and factor it in.

Loyalty cards

Both cards are free, personal to you, and hold no cash value. The Bone Card earns one drink on the house after ten; the Steel Card earns one piercing after six, jewellery included, up to £45. Stamps never expire. Each card resets when its reward is claimed and keeps counting after that. The full conditions sit on the back of the card in your wallet and on the loyalty page.

We can withdraw a card if it is obviously being passed around, and we will tell you why rather than quietly zeroing it.

Photographs

We photograph most work for the portfolio. Say no and that is the end of it — it will never affect your booking, your price, or how you are treated. Consent is asked for separately each time, never buried in a form you signed months ago.

Prices

Every price is agreed out loud before a needle is opened. Day rates and minimums are quoted at consultation and held for ninety days. If a piece runs longer than estimated through no fault of yours, the quote stands.
